Refund Policy

Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mifynn.store. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product following the return process. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 calendar days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
